There are many types of Structures available.  You can reach out to us directly by phone or email so that we can discuss with you and hear exactly what you will be using this project for, and we can get the detail for your design and get to work on a quote for your specific build!

No, Permitting is the Customers responsibility to check on and obtain any Permits for their project.

We always encourage you to reach out to your local Building or Code Office in your area to make sure of any permitting requirements for your specific build area.

If you need site specific engineered drawings to satisfy permits on your project, we can help you with that for additional cost through our manufacturers and their preferred engineering firms.

If your structure is over 12ft tall eaves, then YES you will need to rent a telescopic lift in most areas or for additional cost through most of our manufactures they will provide one for you.  

 

We can install our certified structures on any surfaces such as dirt, gravel, asphalt and concrete, just as long as your area is level and free of obstructions.

 

We are not general contractors, we may be able to get you a quote for concrete work depending on the specific build site location. This is not included in building price; it is a sold separate Item where available.

 

We have no control over the lead times, it varies by geographical location and weather. Typically 3-5 weeks in most areas is common. In areas with heavy snow fall during the winter season it could be 18-20+ weeks to get an install completed.

Yes, there are Finance options available directly on the website under the Finance Tab.

Depending on the Project HSF Home Improvement Loans are a great option that can be used for the building and additional funding for concrete ect.
